Characteristics
Various degrees of filtering can be achieved by using dual drums. This
can eliminate secondary filtering such as cartridge filter and so on.
Construction
Dirty coolant is filtered while passing through the blow off belt from outside
to inside, which is fixed at periphery of rotating rotary drum. The coolant
flows into a clean tank. The degree of filtering depends on the type of blow off
belt. The settled chips are move outside by conveyor where the fine chips stuck to the belt
are washed off with the belt washing nozzle and transferred outside.
